Some time ago i had a leak in the upper left corner of the radiator of my Venice.
I replaced it but saw that the way the radiator is mounted (the aluminium radiator part is pinched between rubber cushions) it will induce a new leak.
I figured out a better way to mount the radiator so it doesn't get damaged again.
First i glued a rubber pad underneath on the aluminium supports of the chassis to support the weight of the radiator.
The original lower rubber cushions are kept to keep the radiator from moving back or forth but they don't suppor the weight of the radiator anymore.
On top I made a custom aluminium bracket which holds modified radiator mounting pins (GM 23336339 and GM 23336340).
This way no pressure is exerted on the aluminium part of the radiator anymore.
I made this so i don't need to drill or weld on the original parts.
If anyone is interested in a set of these. I made a few extra. You can send me PM.
