I've sent 3 emails asking when the ECU tune for the 2020 models will be available. No response. I'd rather spend more money with a different vendor than do business with someone unprofessional.

I also noticed a company that makes a fiberglass Venice hood. I asked them if they could make a hood similar to the Carmel that opens and allow access to the engine compartment, that was three weeks ago no response. I also emailed a company that makes an after market windshield asking if they could made a 9" shield 11" being their shortest, again not response after a month. Do these people not want business?

I'm sure I'm showing my age, but customer service often isn't what it used to be. Or maybe my memory is failing and it never was!  Smile

I guess it’s their not-so-polite way of saying stick to the menu. You looking at a glass or plexiglass w/s?

I have no idea what they think all I know is ignoring customers is not good business.
