I’ve had only good interactions with my dealer so far; iMotorsports in Chicago also has two shops in Fla.
I had an appointment made for the suspension stop fix a week ago and the night before the appointment, I went out to do a “pre-flight” inspection for the next morning’s trip to the dealer ( 40 miles ). Found liquified grease leaking from the left front wheel bearing. Boot was fine and anyway, it was just starting to come out of the bearing area about the axle. Some distance from the boot.
Called dealer the next morning and they put me onto the VH flatbed service under warranty. Three days later, my hesitation, I called and received an apt to have it carted to the dealer. They have had it for two business days so far and I should get some info tomorrow about the status of a bearing replacement. They said they would have to order that replacement and could get it overnight but needed to see the issue first.
That seems reasonable to me. I have asked them to check the torque/ status of the other front bearing assembly while they are repairing the drivers side failure.
I will post back a follow up on how this is resolved for reference.

My dealer has been great, it is the factory that does not ship quickly and does not package correctly to avoid damage. Botton line is the vehicles should not be leaving the factory with out a more detailed final inspection.

Agreed to that. Quality control or lack thereof can make or break a company.
Others have written about local dealership problems. I will see if I can find that letter to post for the writer that asked.

I agree, but if the VH knows about it! Why are they not telling their dealer network to verify and correct the issue as part of the dealer PDI. (We all pay for that as part of the so call preparation fee)
it makes no sense us the consumer has to wait for their lack of QC on the VH part.
We pay a premium for these autocycles.

I drove my blackjack home and the same day have several issues.
grease all over the wheels.
the brake lines off the carrier
hard vibration on acceleration and declaration.
trans slipping around 1400 rpm
inaccurate speedometer
steering floor boot complete off
battery box screw missing lol
the worst is my blackjack has unequal drive shafts. pre-2020 has equal drive shafts ( severe torque steer on my set up possible a safety issue on an autocycle front-wheel drive)
I have a 30K paperweight sitting at the dealer for almost a week now.
anyone knows how we can get this to a higher entity to help us with these pressing issues.
