The factory service manual has never been in general release for any of VH's vehicles as I am to understand.  However, I have hear of owners getting them when made as a requirement for and at the time of the sale - but I never heard of anyone getting one after the fact, sadly.  

I am also of the understanding that the service manuals actually come out some time after the model year starts selling- I have no idea as to the period of time - may vary.

The problem is that if you are not close to a dealer, getting service on some things can be hard and costly.  

I think VH needs to step-up and make an effort to make the service manuals available to owners at a price and they need to debut with the vehile model's release.- but, maybe that is too tall an effort for VH to have or give?  I really don't know......
