Speedometer Odometer Turn signal indicator not working -
MLA - 10-13-2020
I have a 2018 Venice with @ 900 miles on it. The Speedometer, odometer & turn signal indicator stopped working. Vanderhall sent the dealer a new Speedo and that did not solve the problem. It's been sitting in the dealer shop for 4 weeks waiting for Vanderhall to instruct/help the dealer solve. My wife is not comfortable driving it without the turn signal indicator working. Any advice on how to get Vanderhall to solve the problem?

Pray?
Seriously your dealer is letting you down, he should be on the phone with VH every day until they send a tech or a new unit.

I had a similar problem with mine. The speedhut gauges work diffrently than the stock gauge cluster for the GM Sonic/Cruise our vanderhall's are based on. I have a few questions.
Do the gauges plug directly into your OBD2 port?
If not, do you have anything else plugged into port? like a anti theft or vehicle tracker or a scanner.
Do you have an aftermarket stereo?
These can interfere with the gauges where you'll only get some gauge readings. Also I would check the data cables that go from gauge to gauge behind the dash, they look like head phone wire/connectors. You can just replace them with quality connectors and see if they make a difference.

Absolutely check this. When I plugged an OBD reader into the port, the gauges on mine did not function properly- they weren't non-functional, just sluggish.
