Move without starting

Hello,I am really trying to find out how to move the vanderhall without starting it all the time.

If anybody has an idea, please let me know.

You can put it in neutral without it running.  I haven't done it on mine, but the dealer showed me-  there is a lockout on the shift lever stalk below the knob.  It is covered up by the cloth cover- I think you have to depress a button or lever, then you can shift it out of park without it running.

There is either a button or lever type release you can feel at the back of the shifter surround cutout, push it down and you can shift.
