#1

Anyone have any issues with the rear tail lights?  my passenger side tail light is completely out - No brake, no blinker, no running light.

I haven't had any issues like that. I'm assuming you've checked the fuse panel?

I have an 2018 VV, the fuse panel/box is under the engine cowl, top right side (about mid way) of engine, located in a black box.

ddtree is right, you'll have to remove the engine cowl, and remove the fuse panel cover to access it.

I have the fuse panel open, and I have the fuse diagram from the manual, but I have no idea which is controlling the turn signal. just start pulling and checking?

There is also a fuse panel under the dash, just to the right of the steering column. The 2018 owner's manual (Vanderhall web site) has a layout for both fuse boxes. Unfortunately, the 2019 manual is a copy of the 2018 and I know the fuse layout for the 2019 changed at least in a few obvious instances.

You can't go wrong with pulling and checking, throw your multimeter in continuity mode and go to town!
