Vanderhall customer service?
#1

Does Vanderhall actually have anyone who does customer service? My purchase dealer has closed, so not sure where to get help. I've called the customer service number listed on the Vanderhall web site multiple times, never gotten an answer nor a call back. (Of course, that problem was fixed as they removed the number from the web site.) I don't do Facebook out of privacy concerns but no reason to think that would be any better.

I hope someone from Vanderhall is monitoring this forum and will make contact.

The general consensus on Facebook seems to be that Vanderhall doesn’t really answer the phone or return voicemails. I’ve tried emailing their support line too, but haven’t heard back. I also directly messaged them on Facebook and never heard back. My next attempt is going to be calling the Vanderhall dealership in Provo Utah and asking if they know how to get in touch...

One of the moderators on the Vanderhall FB page is a Vanderhall employee. When I was installing my boost gauge and VH did not send ground wires for grounding daisy chain, I made a post on the FB page complaining about customer service got a phone call in about 5 minutes. I had my needed part like 2 weeks later.  Their customer service is pitiful, the product is outstanding.  J Patrick Wrote:Does Vanderhall actually have anyone who does customer service? If you are having trouble with your Chevy, you can't call General Motors to get it fixed. If your local dealer closed, find the next closest one. I don't know of any other solution unless your know of a good all-around mechanic that works on everything.

I went to two other dealers. Neither took care of the problems I was having. Use a third party and you risk your warranty. I haven't dealt with GM, but I haven't had any problems getting my Honda serviced. I want Vanderhall to succeed but it seems their focus is on sales rather than service. Maybe that is what they need to do to grow enough to survive and mature. I really like my Venice but I wonder what will break next every time I start it!
