Lighting: I had the dealer install cruise-control. There is no dash light for cruise on the B-Jack. I assume one of the leads is for the light, could I put LED strip lighting and use that lead as a power source. The cruise on/off would also function as a on/off for lighting.

Not familiar with the switches for cruise on a Blackjack, but if there is a toggle off/on for the cruise, you can replace it with a toggle that has an LED in the tip that will light when cruise is on by running a jumper from a third terminal on the toggle to ground. HTH.

The cruise control light might be a little difficult to access. The cc on/off light is activated by a resistance value that comes from the switch, then goes to the body control module where it is changed to a data rate on the CAN BUS system, then it's sent to the dash where the data is translated into a light, so the only way i can think of is to install a stock Chevy Sonic dash and take it from there.
I would also like more access to the vehicles indications, if i figure out an easy way to do it I'll let you know.
