One of the moderators on the Vanderhall FB page is a Vanderhall employee. When I was installing my boost gauge and VH did not send ground wires for grounding daisy chain, I made a post on the FB page complaining about customer service got a phone call in about 5 minutes. I had my needed part like 2 weeks later. Their customer service is pitiful, the product is outstanding. J Patrick Wrote:Does Vanderhall actually have anyone who does customer service? I hope someone from Vanderhall is monitoring this forum and will make contact.
