Vanderhall customer service?

I went to two other dealers. Neither took care of the problems I was having. Use a third party and you risk your warranty. I haven't dealt with GM, but I haven't had any problems getting my Honda serviced. I want Vanderhall to succeed but it seems their focus is on sales rather than service. Maybe that is what they need to do to grow enough to survive and mature. I really like my Venice but I wonder what will break next every time I start it!
