Does Vanderhall actually have anyone who does customer service? My purchase dealer has closed, so not sure where to get help. I've called the customer service number listed on the Vanderhall web site multiple times, never gotten an answer nor a call back. (Of course, that problem was fixed as they removed the number from the web site.) I don't do Facebook out of privacy concerns but no reason to think that would be any better.

I hope someone from Vanderhall is monitoring this forum and will make contact.
