I got mine from Ohio and drove it back to MD.  Took it to the local Vanderhall dealer (Harley) for a proactive once over and oil change and all three bearings needed replacement as well as the left axle.  I requested that the right axle be replace as well because it just makes sense.  I live in the country with windy roads and I drive it like it's designed to be driven.  I was told several weeks to get the parts but this thing is made up of all stuff in the usa already...

I really hope it doesn't keep coming back with issues!

Finally got it back after 5 months.  Took it to a another dealer in Falls Church (recommended by Vanderhall).  They found several items that were loose and low trans fluid.

Anyway thought I was done but now that I know how to check the wheel bearings, the rear wheel is definitely bad again.

Honestly, anyone who wants one should wait and get one used.  Give it to a local mechanic and pay a little more in time.  AND STAY OFF THE HIGHWAYS!

I'm new to VH (just picked mine up this week), but I've been actively looking at alot of different material and ran across this which may help solve someone's issue with the rear wheel bearing permanently.  I originally discovered this on a FB Group and Paul made a video with a very good explanation of how this happens and also a product he developed to solve it.  He is supposed to be cranking up a website soon that will have some of his aftermarket mods for sale.  Hopefully this will help:
