Looking to buy a  Vanderhall, thought the best place to start was on the forum.  I have a 2016 Street Glide Special but my leg is getting to a stage I won't be able to ride.  I also have a 1977 MGB which I enjoy a lot, reminds me of home.  Retired L.E.   Any pointers or what to look out for on a purchase.  Just came back from Warren Ohio and saw the Vanderhall' at the Harley shop and I am hooked

Check on insurance, I went with Grundy because they insure "toys" more than others like State Farm etc. I'm in Fl, $34 a month. Also check helmet laws (obviously with you having a bike you know but good to check. Test drive....you will cement the decision and I agree, the Carmel sounds like what you may need depending on your legs condition but if you can do a Venice (what I just bought) it's cheaper, you'll love whatever you get I'm sure.
