Annoying problem when connecting Bluetooth
#1

When I connect my phone to play music through the Vanderhall's audio system, my treble cuts out. No rhyme or reason, and I don't believe my speakers are blown. Whatever the problem is, it tends to reset itself after I disconnect and try it another day. But it's definitely an annoyance. Anyone else heard of this problem? It's all under warranty so my next stop is the dealership, but I'm wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong. Thanks!

My Bluetooth stopped working completely so not the same issue but found it was the connection to the controller that came loose.  Might not be a bad place to start, see if anything is coming loose.

Try to connect another phone or substitute the input.
What are you playing? Spotify or several other sources throttle the fidelity depending on usage time of day. Also if its a paid for service. Try a you tube video music and retest.

Worked on audio for years, its possible but more likely
The input device. You would probably not notice slight changes with earbuds.
