Ok, its not me at times the evap box just leaks bad! must look under there and see what's going on. I see a relay and some wiring. something is not working correctly. Any input appreciated!  Updated found a stainless line coming from rear that looks like it fell off or was never on from the EVAP purg solenoid valve in engine bay.  will update.
Found a hose off in the engine bay that goes back to the evap system. Problem solved
