I need factory warranty and list of all features on the new 2019 Venice I just bought . Dealer has nothing and can't find a way to contact factory ???

There should be a DO NOT BUY A VANDERHALL PSA, rent one haha. From quality of the product to terrible dealer/factory support, not to mention the cost of insurance...the novelty of the vehicle itself wears off quick

As will all things there will be defects. I am more than pleased with my purchase, pleased with my dealer. The factory will not respond to owners just dealers, so it seems the difference is having a good dealer. Please keep in mind due too the virus scam VH is short staffed. The fun factor to me negates any issues I've had.
