I love the Speedster, but I think Vanderhall missed an opportunity with it.

Vanderhall has said they wanted to put a manual transmission in it from the beginning, but there wasn't enough interior space to fit it. With the Speedster's single seat they would have had plenty space for a manual, and room for a better drivers seat too.

Maybe. Polaris went the opposite direction (from manual to auto) to try and increase market share.  In this day and age, it is difficult to find a car with a manual!   I think for the purists, manuals will always be the way to go.  The bump/paddle shifters give you the best of both worlds and are faster.   To each his own I guess....   Enjoy!

The person on Facebook made a template using plywood ribbing sheeted it.
Then put fiberglass on it and peeled it off. Did a petting nice job.

Thanks!  After a little research, I found out you can just buy the panels from Vanderhall and build your own.
