cracked rear fender
#7

As to the cracked rear fender:  Everyone says the body parts, including fenders, are ABS - the same as house drain plumbing pipe.  I would think the black pipe ABS glue would be the best to use if it won't show.  If you could glue a piece of ABS to the underside that would reinforce the area.

As to the paint damaged rear fender (I assume you are referring to the body panel on the rear):  It's not that hard to remove.  The screws are easy, the bolts holding the roll bars on are accessible inside the storage area behind the seats.  You should not have to remove the seats.  I have been concerned they may be hard to reinstall (won't fit) if not put back in same orientation, in case they are sprung a little.  I have to remove mine to try to find a rattle that seems to be coming from just under the body panel, on top of the storage area.
