Hi Vanderhall owners . I just got off the phone with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) investigator Santiago Maldonado. He immediately replied after I had filed the above complaint about the separated CV- Drive shaft. Mr. Maldonado was very courteous and professional. He reiterated that, if you have a SAFETY issue with your VH, you may call him directly at 443 3655 6524. Numbers of complaints about a safety issues count. The more complainants the better is the chance of a recall to eliminate the safety issue. This is about safety, not about a manufacturer's profit.
