I have a 2023 Carmel GTS... the BlueTooth cuts out every time I turn out the heat switch... I found a Bluetooth fix from Vanderhall that you must move a few pins to correct this issue... Going to take it in to the dealership... Just want to know if anyone else had this problem and had the dealer fix it...

Thanks in advance.

Need some help, Guys....... Just got a 2021 Venice GT.  Two questions:   1.  Where do you connect a trickle charger?  I read somewhere that there was a wire (connector) under or around the driver's side front fender.. Did not locate one..   2.  There are 2 switches on the floor near the side panels.. one on  the drivers side and one on the passenger side. I flip them on and they are red.. (seat heater, maybe).  Thanks in advance.

Big Grin After months of the check engine light coming on and the Vanderhall Venice staying in the shop more then at my home I'm wrapping up the final process for selling it back to Vanderhall, they sent me the final offer from their legal department, I agreed and waiting on the final paperwork.  I did love it when it wasn't in the shop no one in my area had one and I loved the attention it drew, people taking pictures or recording as they drove by me.  To all those who are having problem with their unit I wish you well, and say don't give up or give in because persistence works out in the end.

I am selling my 2021 Vanderhall Venice. It was my project during the covid years. Purchased new in 21. It was gray when new. But I had it custom painted in blue. This was the GT model, but I added it the shifter making it a GTS. Has heat and heated seat and cruise control. Added rear 3rd light. Added driving lights as well. And I added a car play head unit. JBL speakers. Stock exhaust and engine. Custom floor mats. New windshield. Custom flip up / removable hardtop with suede headliner. And a custom made Ohlin's rear shock made for this Vanderhall. 900 miles only. Located right outside of Atlanta.

Asking $20,000

I have an 18 Vanderhall Venice. In drive, the transmission shifts fine. When in manual mode, the downshift paddle has no issue. But when I use the upshift paddle shifter, it works intermittent at best. It upshifts sometimes but not always.
Looking for several things I should check before I dig in. Any helps would be appreciated.

Hi all,
Just purchased a 2021 Vanderhall Venice GTS with the BNR tune installed.  None of the gauges are working.  Previous owner told me they work about half the time.  Any advice on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated...

Hello all.... I am not sure what I got myself into but I just picked up a 2022 Carmel GTS , Black with a tan interior... Had 3 miles on it, now 80 miles... so far no problems LOL.  I keep reading bad stories about this Auto-Cycle....  Personally I knew you had to keep up on it and I pray my luck will be better than most.  I have been riding Harley's for 35 years and that has also been trouble free by keep up on things.   I am trailering out to Texas in February to visit the Vander Spa for suspension work and upgrades.   I am looking forward to read more on this forum and hope to meet up with other owners on the road soon.   Merry Christmas and Ride Safe !!!

Hello from Oklahoma.  I have a 2022 Venice and It's a joy to drive.

The battery is dead.  Ive located it, but it seems I may have to remove the passenger seat to get it out.  Any help with this issue, or direction to the appropriate part of this site greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Eric
