Found a number for VH warrantee manager. he was of no help. I explained to him the numerous problems and that my VH is back in the shop. I explained to him my dealer (one man operation) went into the hospital and may not be able to work on it for weeks. I asked they send a technician down or have my Venice repaired at the factory. All the jerk kept saying is I needed to go through my dealer. I ask if he was even listening, that my dealer is ill and can not work. He just repeated there was nothing VH could do and to contact my dealer. I want to drive it to Provo and ....

Greetings! I am a Vanderhall owner and love em! I have been involved with them for about 3 years now. Our dealership where I work picked up the Vanderhall line after I saw them at a trade show in Vegas. I've been to the factory, worked quite a bit on them with custom mods, basic maintenance, and fixed a few here and there... It has been a great ride so far learning about the product. I'm here to help anyone that may need some Vanderhall advice, answer technical questions, or even offer free demo rides without any pressure of buying one! ( The units themselves do that after you drive one, lol.) Drive safe, have fun, and enjoy your Vanderhalls!

Bad body work and finish, CV boot failures, transmission failures. The Blackjack finish is garbage, just look at it and it gets a scratch. I've wasted 25K and should have kept my Harley that I traded in, Vanderhall is crap! If you are considering a purchase don't!

Hey guys, are you all boring staying at home. My condition is just like you. Feeling helpless, sad & lonely. But guys, it's not the time to be sad. It is the time to be helpful & to encourage others.

I posted an introduction a while ago but that was before I actually got the vehicle, so worth checking in again.

I've been running around with a Carmel Blackjack since February. Some of you may have seen me around the FB Vanderhall owners page but at some point in June I decided to leave FB altogether so not there anymore.

Happy to find another place to chat with fellow Vanderhallers and maybe with some luck find some nearby folks that would be up for a ride.

Hello Folks,  I am a proud but skeptical owner of a brand new 2020 Vanderhall Venice GT.  I had originally purchased a brand new 2019 Vanderhall Venice GT that was left over dealer stock. Upon taking delivery of my VV I noticed the belt seemed loose and asked the driver if this was normal. He didn’t think it seemed odd and the driver went on his way.  Shortly after he left I decided to take the VV to go get gas and the VV made a loud belt noise but the noise subsided.  I proceeded to drive to the gas station and put gas.  Upon restarting the VV the belt noise continued but subsided once again. When arrived back home I contacted my salesman and filmed the restart of the engine with the belt noise and sent him the videos and informed him of the issue.  I literally drove the 2019 VV for 20 minutes Home to gas station and back home)and I bought the 2019 VV with 74 miles on the odometer.  My salesman apologized and sent the driver to pick the VV the following day. I received a call back from my salesman 2 business days later after their mechanic had an opportunity to inspect the VV.  I was unfortunately informed that there was a defect with the belt tensioner and due to the belt slippage it cost internal engine damage and the engine needs to be replaced by Vanderhall. Due to the inconvenience the dealer offered me a 2020 VV GT which is how I ended up with a 2020. I was told by my salesman that Vanderhall has only seen this defect on a couple of other VV which is what makes my ownership of the 2020 Reliability a bit skeptical.  I couldn’t make this up if I tried, lol.  I hope to learn more about the VV.
